Account form, Financial page, Other Interest; showing Other Interest Rate when Account Type does not use

If an Account was created when the Account Type's setting for Other Interest is set to "Custom", and subsequently the Account Type is changed to "Not Applicable" - Other Interest stops being charged on the Account.

However, on the Account form, Financial page, the Other Interest block still shows - it shouldn't.
