Transaction Reverse; was not respecting Entity Transaction "Begin" date

When reversing a non-Bank Transaction the Entity "Transaction Begin date" was not respected.

This means you could close off Transactions prior to a date, but still reverse transactions prior to that date - this is now stopped.
