Transaction Types; AR Credit, new option to 'Apply original cost to Credit Notes'.

Under the Transaction Types Invoice Options tab there is a new option 'Apply original cost to Credit Notes', available for AR Credit type only. If checked this will apply the original invoice unit cost to the credit note opposed to the weighted average unit cost.
