Account Security Analysis Report; may fail with an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error

The Account Security Analysis Report may fail with the following error "An unexpected error occurred running Report 'Account Security Analysis Report'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

This occurs if the Details option is not "Summary" and "Include Accounts with no Securities?" is checked and there is an Account with no Securities.
