PPSR G2B; If a pending transaction exists, you may be unable to perform any other transactions for a Financing Statement
If during communicating with the New Zealand PPSR G2B system, no response is received or a User's PC crashes, the record of the transaction is left in a 'Pending' state.
Attempting to perform other actions against a Security Statement with a 'Pending' transaction are not allowed until the 'Pending' state is cleared.
The 'Pending' state can be cleared by drilling down to the Transaction from the PPSR from the PPSR Transactions page of the Security Statement form and using the PPSR G2B Transaction Status wizard. Unfortunately, if the PPSR never processed the transaction correctly, the 'Pending' transaction in finPOWER Connect could not be cleared.
