Account Transaction and Schedule Summaries; now shows information if Transaction is prior to current Restructure

Account Transaction and Schedule Summaries now shows an information warning if the Transaction is prior to current Account Restructure. This helps identify those Transactions that have occurred on or after an Account Restructure.

The message is "Transaction is prior to current Account Restructure.".
