Record dropdown on forms may not reload record

Under the following situation, the Record dropdown on forms may not reload the record (the Documents form is used in this example but it applies to all record-based forms):

1. Open Documents form
2. Load a Document by dropping down the list and double-clicking a row
3. Click the clear button on the form
4. Drop down the list and try double-clicking the same row (that is still highlighted)
5. It doesn't reload the record
