Import and Export Information wizards updated

The Import Information wizard has been updated to allow an import type to be specified rather than relying on the file extension to determine this.

Both the Import and Export Information wizards have been aligned to first show the Import Type dropdown and then the File Name to import or export. When opened, the wizard will always focus on the File Name field.
