Reporting; Account Control Report; Branch may be incorrect

The Branch reported by the Account Control Report may be incorrect.

The Branch was previously taken as the Branch for the Account Transaction record therefore, if an Account's Branch was changed, the Transactions would not all appear for the expected Branch.

The Branch is now taken as being the Account's current Branch.
