Accounts; opening an Account may incorrectly run or not run Account Processes for the opening date

When an Account is opened it will automatically run Account Processes for the Account and process any Payment Dues and Standard Transactions due on the date opened.

This was incorrectly testing if there were Payment Due transactions dated on/ before the date quoted, rather than the date opened. This now also tests if there are any Standard Transactions due on the date opened.

In addition, finPOWER Connect only processes transactions where the date opened is on or prior to today.
