Scripting; built-in and template Scripts return True

Typically, non-Summary Page Scripts should return a Boolean value indicating whether or not they failed.

For VB.NET Scripts, this generally takes the form of setting Main = True.

The Script template for Decision Cards did not follow this model and has been updated.

Also, the built-in Client Statistics, Object Events Script has been updated to follow this model.
