Workflow Types; Can now target 'Declined' and 'Unwanted' Accounts

Workflow Types can now target 'Declined' and 'Unwanted' Accounts.

The Workflow Type Details report has been updated.

For new Workflow Types and Workflow Types imported from an earlier version of finPOWER Connect, 'Declined' and 'Unwanted' will be unchecked. Another new target of 'Closed (Pending)' will default to checked for new records and will be set to the value of the 'Closed' setting when importing earlier XML versions.
