Client; new business layer methods for Contact Addresses and Employments

The following business layer methods have been added:

• finClientContactAddresses
• GetPreviousPhysicalAddressContactAddress
• Returns Nothing if no address found
• GetMonthsAtCurrentPhysicalAddress
• GetMonthsAtPreviousPhysicalAddress
• finClientContactAddress
• GetMonthsAtAddress
• finClientEmployment
• GetMonthsInEmployment

All of these methods can be used by Decision Card Rules.

NOTE: When getting the number of months at an address or in an employment, -1 will be returned is no address/ employment could be found and -2 if there is a valid address/ employment but it does not have enough information entered against it to calculate the duration.
