Workflows; Item Groups can now be deleted and previous Item Group re-opened

Workflow Item Groups can now be deleted and, if deleting the current Item Group, the previous Item Group can be re-opened (if there is a previous Item Group).

Any incomplete items in the Item Group will be flagged as 'Skipped' and the Item Group flagged with a special status of 'Deleted', thus retaining audit information on any previously actioned items.

The User will be prompted whether they would like to re-open the previous Item Group.

The previous Item Group can only be re-opened if its status is either: 'Complete', 'Not Applicable' or 'Skipped'.

Deleted Item Groups appear faded on the Items page of the Workflows form.

A new permission key, 'Workflow.ItemGroupDelete' has been added. This is denied by default.

Any unpublished Logs linked to items in the Item Group being deleted will be flagged as 'Not Issued'.
