Account Import; now sets Name if not included in file

The Account Import now sets the Account Name if it is not included in the file.

This means that the Name element no longer needs to be included in the file.

In addition, the Account Description was not picking up the Security details if the Description element isn't included in the file and the Account Type default description include the tag "[Security]".
