Task Manager; Workflow Actions should not allow fee to be charged for 'Quote' Accounts

Certain Workflow Actions allow a fee to be charged to the Workflow's Account. Fees should not be chargeable to 'Quote' Accounts and completing the wizard will fail with an error indicating that a batch could not be committed for a 'Quote' Account.

The following checkboxes to allow a fee to be charged are now disabled if none of the selected Workflow's Accounts are 'Open':

  • Email
  • Incoming Communication
  • Log
  • Outgoing Communication
  • SMS

In addition to this, actioning an 'Outgoing Communication' type Workflow item also uses this wizard (in a special, restricted mode) and this has also been updated to only allow a fee where applicable.

The summary page at the end of the wizard has been updated to show where a fee cannot be charged, i.e., where the Workflow does not relate to an 'Open' Account.
