Security Statement, incorrectly showing warning on duplicate financing statement registration number

A "Registered" Security Statement incorrectly shows a warning if the same Financing Statement Registration Number exists on another Security Statement. It should only show a warning if another "Registered" Security Statement exists.

A message like "More than one Security Statement has a Financing Statement Registration Number of 1234567890." will be shown. This message has been changed to "More than one Registered Security Statement has a Financing Statement Registration Number of '1234567890'.".

Note, this only applies to New Zealand users with the Securities Register Add-On.
