General Ledger Export; gives an unexpected UAC warning when exporting to an emPOWER SQL Server database

The General Ledger export may give an unexpected UAC warning if exporting to an emPOWER SQL Server database using the emPOWER 3 or 5 Save or Direct export types.

This message should not apply when exporting to a SQL Server database.

An example message is shown below, not the filename shown is incorrect.

WARNING. This warning is for Windows users with User Access Control (UAC) turned on.



The file 'C:\Program Files\Intersoft\finPOWER5\[SQLServer]Server Name\emPOWER_DatabaseName' is located in your Windows 'Program Files' folder and Windows treats the Program Files folder as a 'Protected System Location'.



This means that behind the scenes Windows creates the file in an alternate location called the 'VirtualStore'. Files located in 'Program Files' CANNOT be created or updated.
