Reporting; Workflow List report; Can now be filtered by Closed Date and Workflow Status no longer mandatory

The Workflow List report can now be filtered by Closed Date.

The parameters have also been updated so that the Workflow Status is not longer mandatory and having all items checked produces the same result as having no items checked.
