PDF Generation; New component used since page content was being generated as an image

The external PDF generation component we used relied on Internet Explorer to render the HTML. As of Internet Explorer 8, an issue with Windows security meant that PDF content was generated as an image rather than selectable text.

We have changed the external component we use to one that does not rely on Internet Explorer and generates selectable text as expected.
