Account Restructure; when Accrued Interest etc is unchecked the allocations page is not correctly updated

When running an Account Restructure, if you uncheck charging Accrued Interest etc, the allocations page is not correctly updated.

This results in a message "Allocations do not match Balance", and you cannot proceed.
