Clients; Importing a Client will now default Contact Method details

Importing a Client will now default Contact Method details, e.g., if the Client has an 'Email' contact and the 'EmailHtml' flag is not included in the XML, the defaults defined on the 'Email' Contact Method will be used.

This also applies to Contact Methods and Contact Addresses for a Client.
