Spell Checking; adding a word to the dictionary fails

During a spell check, attempting to add a word to the dictionary fails with the following error:

Failed to save User Settings.<br/> No record was updated. This record may have been deleted or edited by another User.

This only occurs after opening the Task Manager form, selecting a different folder and then closing the form.
