Client Statistics Set; not refreshng grids when moving between wizard pages

The Client Statistics Set wizard was not refreshng grids when moving between wizard pages. This means that if a Wizard Validator Script modified one of the Statistics collections, e.g., added an Expense item, it would not appear in the grid.
