Publish Documents wizard; Republishing includes 'Not Issued' Documents and shows their status as 'Published'

Republishing Documents via the Publish Documents wizard was included Documents with a Publish Status of 'Not Issued' (these appeared in the grid with a Status of 'Published'). The grid now only includes Documents with a Publish Status of 'Published' and 'Failed'.

These changes apply to the following types of Document Logs:

• Account
• Client
• User

The 'Refresh' button was not enabled below the grid when performing a Republish. This issue has been resolved.
