Reporting; Account History List report added

A new Account History List report has been added. This is available from the Report Explorer, Account Status Reports.

This report optionally allows specific types of history item to be viewed, e.g., Floating Interest Rate Changes.

When a single type of history item is specified and the 'Description' column is not included in the report, the report may vary its format to include columns relevant to that particular history type, e.g., an Interest Rate column. This functionality is currently implemented for the following history types (all other types will fallback to showing the Description column, even if it is not selected in the list of columns to display):

• Floating Interest Rate Change
• Interest Rate Change
