Credit Bureau Defaults; fails after 5 unsuccessful updates - changed so downloading existing Credit Bureau records not treated as a fail

The Credit Bureau Defaults wizard fails after 5 unsuccessful updates.

After converting from finPOWER 5 there may be more than five defaults loaded at the Credit Bureau that need downloading into finPOWER Connect. These are currently treated as failures.

This has been changed so that downloading existing Defaults is not treated as a failure.
