Floating Rate or Revolving Credit Accounts Add-On; Change of Interest Cycle not audited

When an Interest Cycle is changed, the changes were not being audited. An Audit record will now be created.

Checking the 'Log' option for Interest Cycle change on Global Settings, Auditing, Accounts, will ensure an Audit Log is also created.
