Revolving Credit or Fixed Term Floating Rate Add-On, Account Status Reports, Account Interest Rate Variance List; New Report/ Query.

This new report and query are available if you are licensed for Revolving Credit Loan Accounts or Fixed Term Floating Rate Loan Accounts.

1. The Accounts that can be included in this report:
• Accounts with an Account Class of Floating Rate Loan, and an interest type of Floating Rate.
• Accounts with an Account Class of Revolving Credit, and an interest type of Fixed Rate.
2. It compares the Account's interest rate against a benchmark interest rate and prints the Variance.
• The benchmark interest rate can be entered as a parameter on the report.
• If an interest rate is not entered, the current interest rate from the Account Type is used.
3. There are options that can be checked to determine the Accounts that will be printed:
• Include All Accounts; if checked includes all Accounts.
• Include All Accounts, if unchecked enter variance and those Accounts with a variance above this will be printed.
