Account Close; may fail if Interest transactions dated prior to Entity's Transaction Begin Date

When closing an Account the commit may fail if an Interest transaction is created and is dated prior to the Entity's Transaction Begin date. A message similar to this appears: "Failed to commit Account Close. Failed to commit Batch. Cannot partially commit Batch. Entity 'M' prevents Transactions being dated prior to 01/02/2013.".

This might occur, for example, if an Account is Closed, then several months later a payment is received for the Account. The Account is reopened, payment receipted and then closed again. However, in the meantime the Entity's transaction begin date has been changed to after the Account was originally closed and after one or more Interest Transactions - therefore an attempt to commit an Interest Transaction prior to the transaction begin date would occur.
