Data Export formatting enhancements; HTML format more readable

When exporting data in HTML format, the exported columns will use any overriding formatting from the grid columns.

E.g.; Exporting from the Client form, Accounts page, Accounts grid, the exported current interest rate column will have the percentage formatting as per the grid.
