Workflows; Workflow Type can now clear Account Monitor Categories when the Workflow is closed

A new option on the Workflow Types form, Options page allows the Workflow's Account's Monitor Categories to be cleared upon closing the Workflow.

A range of Monitor Categories must be specified and only in one of the Account's Monitor Categories falls within this range will it be cleared.

The Monitor Categories will also only be cleared if the Workflow is closed normally, not if it is cancelled.
