Client form; Accounts page; Refreshing issues when using the "Show Hidden Accounts?" checkbox

Repeatedly refreshing the Accounts page of the Clients form (e.g., by pressing F5) may cause the number of items in the grid to appear to change. This was a redraw issue with the external grid component used and scrolling the list of Accounts then shows the undrawn rows. This issue generally occurs when certain columns are displayed, e.g., Interest Rate, Current Rate and Refinanced.

Hidden Accounts are now shown slightly greyed out as per (but not as faint as) non-current items on other pages, e.g., Contacts and Employments. This makes them distinguishable when showing both hidden and non-hidden Accounts without showing the 'Hidden' column in the grid.
