Client Type Change; Client Type list not displaying correctly when you click on another form and return Client Type Change form

After selecting an Individual Client to change, the New Client Type list is filtered to Organisation Client Types.
If you take the focus off this form the return to it, the New Client Type list was including all Client Types.
