Interest calculations; Payment grace days not always being respected where backdating Interest

Payment grace days in Interest calculations are not being respected where Interest is backdated.

If Interest is backdated, then Payment grace days are not applied between the start of the Interest being backdated and the last actual Interest Transaction entered. Payment grace days are respected after the last Interest Transaction.

For example, if the last monthly Interest transaction was dated 31/1/2013 and a Transaction is backdated to January then Interest will be recalculated for January, but payment grace days are not applied in January. Payment graced days for February are correctly applied.
