Workflow Actions wizard lists Documents that belong to 'Any' rather than 'All' selected Workflow Accounts

The list of Documents shown on the 'Select Document' page of the Workflow Actions wizard (launched via the Task Manager) shows a union of all Documents belonging to any of the Workflows' Account's Account Types.

This is incorrect. The list should show only Documents that are common to ALL of the Account Types.
