Grid Export; "Analyse with Excel" option not working with MS Excel 2013

When exporting a grid using the "Analyse with Excel" option, MS Excel 2013 fails with a "Problems During Load" message noting "Table" as the problem.

This issue occurs if the grid contains a date column, and a date exists that does not have a time portion.

The underlying file type used in Excel is "XML Spreadsheet 2003 (*.XML)". Excel 2013 does not like a "DateTime" value with a "0" time portion, so if the time is zero/ midnight only the date is now saved,
