Workflows; automatically processed 'Wait' items do not have a Completed Date set

'Wait' type Workflow items that are processed automatically (i.e., the recall date has been passed so they are changed from 'Open' to 'Complete') did not have either a Completed Date or Completed User set.

Since the item is being processed automatically, it does not make sense to have a Completed User recorded. However, the Completed Date should always be set when an item is completed.

NOTE: This job is flagged as a 'Breaking Change' just in case any custom Script code is relying on no 'Completed Date' being set for automatically actioned 'Wait' type items.
