Combine Client; Notes, Cross Reference and Web data now merged

When combining two Clients, the following data will also be merged:

1. The following details will also be merged if 'Transfer first Client's general details?' is checked.
• Cross Reference
• Notes
2. The Alert Message will be transferred if one does not already exist in the Merged Client. (This is not optional.)
3. Web Access.
• A new option to merge Web Access data has been added.
• If the Duplicated Client has web access but the Merged Client does not, the details can be merged.
• If the Merged Client already has web access then nothing will be merged.
