Securities Register Add-On; Deleting a Client when Client is an Owner on a Security item needs better error message

When trying to delete a Client that is set as the Owner on a Security Item causes the following message to be displayed:

ERROR MESSAGE

Failed to delete Client.

Failed to execute SQL.

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "RI_ClientSecurityStmtIt_1". The conflict occurred in database "finPOWERConnect", table "dbo.SecurityStmtItem", column 'OwnerClientPk'.
The statement has been terminated.


This is now handled in the business layer and the following message will be displayed:

ERROR MESSAGE
=============
Failed to delete Client.

This Client is used as the 'Owner' Client by one or more Security Statement Items.
