User Security, Permissions Explorer; New Permissions added for declining Refinanced Accounts

Two new permissions have been added to allow the user to decline or unwant a refinanced (quote) Account.

• Account.Loan.Status.RefinancedToDecline
• Account.Loan.Status.RefinancedToUnwanted

The default is Allow. These permissions apply to Fixed Term and Revolving Credit Account Types.

If the quote is an Account that has been refinanced from another Account then the new permissions apply. If the quote has not be refinanced from another Account (i.e.; a normal quote) then the existing permissions apply.
