NZCCCFA Standard Contract; not including "Once" transactions dated on the Opening date

The NZCCCFA Standard Contract was not including "Once" transactions dated on the Opening date, where applicable.

The list of opening items was previously based upon Transactions having a frequency of "Opening". This has been changed to be based upon the date of the Transaction, and subsequent Advances based upon them not being on the Opening date.

Note, Opening Costs are included based upon date, but Fee and Journal Transactions are still based upon the Frequency being "Opening".

The Word VBA document "Loan_Conbtract_NZCCCFA.dot" has been updated to version 1.27.
