Account Restructure; updated summary page on Financial Page

The summary page on the Account Restructure wizard, Financial Page has been updated.

This primarily adds a section for Credit Limits, but also tweaks the way the tables are built.

The built-in summary page "SummaryPage_AccountRestructure_RestructureSummary" has been updated to version 1.04 (21/01/2013).
