Address Lookup; new User Setting to default Address Type for new addresses

If licensed for the Full Verification Address Interface Add-On there is a new "Default Address Type" option under Tools, User Options, Addressing Tab.

Previously a new address always defaulted "Other (not validated)", but the new option allows this to be varied.
