Restructure; future dated history items were not being cancelled

During an Account Restructure any future dated history records should be cancelled.

For example, if there is a future dated Default Interest Rate change it will still be shown in the Status page, History tab as "Complete" - this is misleading as it will be ignored.

Future dated Credit Limit, Default Interest Rate and Other Interest Rate history records will now be "Cancelled" in a Restructure.

In addition, the Financial page now gives a warning if there are future dated history records that will be "Cancelled".

The built-in summary page "SummaryPage_AccountRestructure_RestructureSummary" has been updated to version 1.04 (21/01/2013).
