Task Manager; Workflows; Outgoing Communication dropdown list now lists linked Clients and Employments

When a Workflow is selected in the Task Manager form, selecting the 'Outgoing Communication' action now displays for options in both the 'Contacted' and 'At' dropdown lists.

The lists now include the following (in the order they are included in the list):

  • Contact Methods for any of the Account's Clients with non-categorised items appearing first.
    • This does not include Contact Methods for any 'Linked' Clients
    • This information has always been displayed and is unchanged.
  • Contact Methods of any of the Account's Clients that are defined as 'Linked' Clients
    • E.g., if the Account Client 'C10000' has a linked spouse of Client 'C10001', this Client's Contacts will also be listed providing they themselves do not link to another Client.
  • Contact Phone and Email details for any current Employer for Individual Clients.

Where the contact has been retrieved from an Employment record, the text '(Employer of Client Name)' appears after the Employer's name. Where the contact has been retrieved from a linked Client, the short description for that Contact Method will appear after the Client's name, e.g., 'Joan Smith (Partner of Client Name)'.

Lists now appear with 'Current' items at the top of the list and also remove any duplicates to avoid User Interface issues, e.g., prior to this change, a Client may have had a phone number listed twice, the first inactive and the second active (for whatever reason). This may have caused inconsistencies and confusion to the User.
