Clients; Durations now display in years and months

When viewing Client Employments, Addresses or Contact Methods, durations upto 2 years were displayed in months and durations over 2 years were displayed in years.

The time span functionality has been updated.

• Durations upto 2 years will display in months.
• Durations from 2 years and upto 10 years will display in years and months.
• Durations greater than 10 years will display in years only.

e.g.; Client Address Valid From 04/08/2006 to 09/01/2013

• Previously displayed: 6 years
• Now displays: 6 years 5 months
