Account Close; add new "PostScript" properties to store values after a script has updated values

Consider the following scenario when closing an Account. A Loss of $0 is originally calculated, then a script is run that updates the Loss to $20.00, the User then manually changes this value to $40. Currently only the originally calculated $0 and the final $40 is saved - the value calculated in the script is lost.

Therefore, a new set of properties is saved, with the suffix "PostScript", they are:

AccruedDefaultInterestPostScript
AccruedInterestPostScript
AccruedOtherInterestPostScript
FeeValuePostScript
LossValuePostScript
ResidualValuePostScript
UnpostedDefaultFeesPostScript
UnpostedOverLimitFeesPostScript
UnpostedFacilityFeesPostScript
Summary collection; CreditPostScript

The built-in summary page "SummaryPage_AccountClose_LogSummary" has been updated to version 1.04 (08/01/2013). By default the PostScript column is not shown, this can been shown via a constant in the script.
