Client, Combine Clients; Merging Employment records may double up the records

When merging Clients the Employment/Personnel records may have doubled up.

This was happening if the merging Client had Employment/Personnel records that were linked to a Client record.

1. Client A had Employment records Business1, Business2, where Business2 was linked to a Client.
2. Client B had Employment records: Business2, Business3, where Business2 was linked to a Client.
3. Merge Client B into Client A resulted in the following Employment records:
• Business1
• Business2
• Business2
• Business3
