Workflow Types; 'Credit Enquiry' items can now define the Credit Bureau service to use

'Credit Enquiry' type Workflow Items can now define the Credit Bureau service to use.

If no service is defined, the User can select the service to use on the Credit Enquiry form. If a service is defined then the service will be read-only on t he Credit Enquiry form and the User will be unable to change it.
